Rider Responsibility

Riders also play an important role in having a safe trip to the amusement park. It is very important that riders are responsible and follow posted rules and restrictions for their own safety. Before visiting Race City, we recommend that utilize our measure up digital ride height requirement application so that you know what rides your children can ride safely. We also recommend the following general safety rules:

• Read posted signs and regulations on each ride or attraction.
• Walk, do not run on the midway or ride platforms.
• Stay seated until the ride has come to a complete stop and until the ride operator has given you permission to get off the ride.
• Ensure that all safety devices are secure and tight.
• Watch a complete cycle of the ride or attraction you wish to ride before riding it so that you know exactly what it does.
• Measure your child and do not ride any rides that he/she does not meet the posted height requirement for.

Guest Code of Conduct Policy

To help ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, Race City asks that guests comply with the following policies.

Please follow all signage, instructions, written or verbal, given by park employees.

Please avoid acts or disruptive behavior that park management determines is a safety concern or that interferes with guest enjoyment of the park including running.

No fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal and physical assaults.

Sharing, misuse of wristbands, or unauthorized resale of tickets or wristbands may result in confiscation without a refund.

Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited on property. Any guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be asked to leave without a refund.

Race City is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or any damage to personal property.

Race City reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that is not in compliance with these rules.

When riding an amusement ride or go kart, you assume the inherent risk involved with these activities.

Patron Acknowledgement of Inherent Risk

Patrons acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the Park/Facility Activities and/or Attractions, which they agree may be dangerous and entail both known and unknown inherent risks, including the risk of injury, permanent disability, or even death, deriving from, but not limited to, equipment malfunctions; building malfunctions; lack of supervision and/or attraction monitors; lack of proper equipment or padding, netting, or other safety measures; slipping; falling; landing; or colliding with equipment, objects or other people.
